Payment
If ordering through this website, you do not need to pay anything when you place your order. We will contact you by telephone upon receipt of the order to confirm delivery information and to arrange payment.
We are happy to accept all major credit and debit cards, cheques and bankers drfats (cheques and bankers drafts must be sent and payment cleared prior to despatch of your goods).
Delivery
Delivery is FREE for all deliveries to mainland UK - some far reaching and offshore locations may incur a surcharge, and we will advise you of this when we call to confirm your order.
Next day delivery is available on most items to mainland UK - some far reaching and offshore locations may take slightly longer, but we will advise you of this when we call to confirm your order. In the event of stock delays, you will be contacted and advised accordingly.
Returns and Exchanges
Faulty goods can be returned to us at no cost to you - such occurrances are rare, but if the situation does arise, we will replace the damaged item within 7 days (stock allowing).
When ordering online, you are covered by national distance selling regulations - as such, you may return any item within 7 days of receipt and, providing they are in the same condition as when they were sent, you will be offered a refund for the cost of the goods returned. You will remain responsible for the cost of returning the goods and for ensuring that they reach us in the same condition in which thet were delivered.
